Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Purslane - 1 bunch
- Habanero Pepper - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Cut the tomato into small pieces as well.
Step 3
Remove the leaves of the purslane from the stems and chop finely — you should have about 0.5 cup of greens.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix the cucumber, tomato, purslane, deseeded and finely chopped jalapeño, and lemon juice. Add salt and mix well.
