Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 1 piece
  • Pumpkin - 7.1 oz
  • Green lettuce - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Salami - 3.5 oz
  • Avocado - 1.8 oz
  • Curry Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Sweet Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground chili pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel and dice the pumpkin into cubes.

Step 2

Make a mixture of curry, flour, salt, and ground peppers, and coat the pumpkin cubes in it.

Step 3

In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the pumpkin cubes in the spices over low heat until cooked through.

Step 4

Slice the salami thinly, tear the lettuce leaves, peel and dice the avocado, and slice the tomato.

Step 5

Arrange everything from the previous step on plates, top with the sautéed pumpkin cubes, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Drizzle the salad with balsamic vinegar and serve.
