Ingredients
- Ground meat - 2 lbs
- Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 5 pieces
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop one onion, grate one carrot, and sauté until cooked.
Step 2
Blend half of the sautéed mixture in a blender.
Step 3
Add the second half of the mixture and the blended part to the ground meat, along with the egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into cutlets.
Step 4
Fry the cutlets on both sides until browned, but not fully cooked.

For the sauce: slice the remaining onion into half rings, grate the carrot, and quarter the mushrooms.

Sauté the carrot and mushrooms.

Add the onion, salt, and sweet red pepper, and sauté for a bit.

Transfer the cutlets to the onion mixture, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat until the onion is fully cooked.
