Ingredients
- Beef - 8.8 oz
- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- White bread - 3 slices
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
- Natural Yogurt - 7.1 oz
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Pistachios - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the crusts from the bread and soak in milk.
Step 2
Pass the meat and bread through a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper, and form into cutlets.
Step 3
Place sliced onions in a greased pot, then add the meat. Season with salt, pepper, and bay leaves. Cook in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with yogurt, add the wine. Pour the sauce over the cutlets and cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished cutlets with chopped herbs.
