Description
You can add oil to the minced meat. If you have a non-stick skillet, this option will work better. You can also pour all the cheese into the hot mashed potatoes and mix it — it turns out very tasty!!!!
Ingredients
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- White bread - 2 slices
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Mashed Potatoes - 21.2 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Malt Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Water - ½ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Pork Mince - 17.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: place the minced meat in a bowl, beat the egg with a fork, cut the crusts off the bread and soak the crumb in milk, and grate the cheese.
Step 2
Mix the minced meat with the bread, egg, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, and knead everything thoroughly by hand.
Step 3
Dampen your hands in warm water and shape the minced meat into round patties. Place the finished patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, and garlic, and combine them in one bowl. Pour in the wine vinegar and mash with a fork. Add spices to taste. While frying the cutlets, add water.
Step 5
Heat a skillet with oil and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6
Add the sauce to the skillet with the fried cutlets. Simmer for about 10–15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with mashed potatoes, which can be sprinkled with cheese. Drizzle the sauce over the cutlets.
