- Pork Blood - 2 lbs
- Light Beer - 16 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Nut Bread - 1 piece
- Ground Caraway - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste

Step 1
Cut the pork into pieces and sprinkle with red pepper, slice the onion into half-rings and sauté in a pan until golden brown. Place the prepared meat on top.
Step 2
Next, add caraway seeds and 240 ml of light beer to the mixture.
Step 3
Now cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer on low heat for 30–40 minutes.
Step 4
After that, pour in another 240 ml of beer and add grated black bread.
Step 5
Leave it on the heat for another 20 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
