  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the daikon and grate it into thin strips. Finely chop the dill, fresh cucumber, and green onion.

Step 2
