  • Salad Potatoes - 15.9 oz
  • Natural Yogurt - 7.1 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 3 teaspoons
  • Scallions - 0.7 oz
  • Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Dill - 0.9 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Watercress - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly. Slice thinly.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, finely chopped green onions, curry, mustard, and salt. Add the potatoes, finely chopped dill, and pepper. Gently mix. Serve with watercress.
