Ingredients
- Cured beef - 12.3 oz
- White Cabbage - 8.8 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Green Peas - 5.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Prunes - 10 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Herbs - 3.5 oz
- Citric Acid - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage, season with salt and pepper to taste, slightly sour with citric acid diluted in a small amount of water, warm it up a bit, mix with vegetable oil, and let it cool.
Step 2
Cut the meat into strips.
Step 3
Boil the eggs hard, cool them, peel, and chop.
Step 4
Dice the potatoes.
Step 5
Soak the prunes, remove the pits, and chop.
Step 6
Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 7
Wash the herbs, dry them, and chop finely.
Step 8
Combine all the ingredients, add the peas, dress with mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly.
Step 9
Citric acid can be replaced with a small amount of vinegar or lemon juice.
