Delicious Keto Stir-Fry with Shirataki
Ingredients
- Fatty Beef - 9.3 oz
- Pork Neck - 10.6 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 3 tablespoons
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sriracha - 1 tablespoon
- Chinese green beans - 7.1 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 7.1 oz
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the arugula and onion coarsely.

After a minute, add the shirataki.

After a couple of minutes, add the greens.

Add the peas and remove from heat.

Serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
