Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 28.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Natural Yogurt - 5.3 oz
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Cottage cheese - 5.3 oz
- Dill - ½ bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Tenderize the chicken fillet well and chop it very finely.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and add it to the chicken.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs until frothy and add them to the chicken.
Step 4
Add the finely chopped dill and a pack of cottage cheese.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and mix the filling.
Step 6
Form small balls and place them in a dish, the bottom of which is pre-greased with yogurt.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a fine grater, press the garlic into it, pour in the cream, and mix.
Step 9
Pour the cheese mixture evenly over the balls and bake for another 15 minutes.
