Ingredients

  • Kefir - 1 cup
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
  • Dill - 0.4 oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the skin from the chicken breasts, rinse, and dry using a paper towel. Cut into small pieces and transfer to a deep bowl.

Step 2

Rinse the dill, dry it, and chop.

Step 3

Peel the garlic and mince it using a garlic press.

Step 4

Add the garlic and dill to the chicken, add spices and salt, pour in the kefir, mix, and let it sit for an hour.

Step 5

Transfer the chicken along with the marinade to a dry skillet and simmer over heat.

Step 6

Serve the dish with basil and cilantro. If you are not a big fan of garlic, you can prepare the dish without it. Just add spices and herbs to the chicken.
