  • Butter - 2.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken fillet - 28.2 oz
  • Herbs - 1 bunch
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 teaspoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut each fillet into 2 thin cutlets lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper to taste, coat in flour, and shake off the excess.

Step 2

Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil over high heat for 2–3 minutes on each side. Transfer to plates and keep warm.

Step 3

Melt the butter, mix with lemon juice and chopped herbs. Drizzle the mixture over the chicken breasts and serve.
