Description

- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Bran - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2.8 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic, cut the fillet into pieces, add parsley, and grind into minced meat. Place in a bowl, add cottage cheese, yolk, bran, a little water, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites into soft peaks and combine with the minced meat.
Step 3
Bake the cutlets or roll in an oven preheated to 356°F. Cutlets baked in a muffin tin take about 30 minutes. The roll takes about an hour.
