Ingredients
- Onion - 2.8 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Celery salt - 1.8 oz
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 10.6 oz
- Red Curry Powder - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the medium carrot on a fine grater and place it in a blender bowl.
Step 2
Add a large onion, a few cloves of garlic, and a celery stalk to the blender, and chop well. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a dish.
Step 3
In the blender, finely chop 1 large chicken breast and add it to the vegetables.
Step 4
Add 1 chicken egg and your favorite spices to the meat and vegetables, and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Form patties from the resulting mixture and fry them on low heat under a lid in a dry non-stick skillet, about 2 minutes on each side. At the end, you can remove the lid and increase the heat for half a minute to create a crust on the patties.

The patties turn out very beautiful, juicy, and light – only 85 kcal per 100 grams. Perfect for those who are watching their weight but are tired of plain chicken breast. They can be served with low-calorie sour cream or natural yogurt, to which you can add mustard.
