  • Cucumbers - 1 piece

  • Celery stalk - 3.5 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Soft Low-Fat Cottage Cheese - 2.8 oz
  • Balsamic Cream - 1 teaspoon
  • Coarse Sea Salt - to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the vegetables and clean the celery stalks.

Step 2

Coarsely chop the cucumber (remove seeds if the fruit is very large), celery, and cabbage.

Step 3
