Ingredients
- Garlic - 0.7 oz
- Cayenne Pepper - 0.2 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.6 oz
- Pecan - 1.2 oz
- Brazil Nuts - 3 pieces
- Dill - 1.2 oz
- Cilantro - 0.9 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the garlic coarsely.
Step 2
Do the same with the cayenne pepper.
Step 3
Place the cheese and nuts in the blender bowl.
Step 4
Chop the herbs.
Step 5
Add the herbs, garlic, and cayenne pepper to the blender.
Step 6
Add the mustard oil.
Step 7
Add the apple cider vinegar.
Step 8
Add salt.
Step 9
Blend vigorously until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

Transfer to a glass container.
