- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 2.8 oz
- Pea shoots - 7.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Pancetta - 1.8 oz
- Crab Meat - 1.2 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 0.4 oz
- Marinated cherries - 2.8 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat 20 grams of olive oil and sauté the onion and pancetta. Once they are golden brown, add 200 grams of peas, and as soon as the peas start to shrink, remove from heat. Transfer to a blender, blend, and strain through a fine sieve.

Cook the pasta until al dente.

Then, heat 20 grams of olive oil in a skillet and warm the remaining peas for a minute. Add the pasta and quickly toss to combine. Pour the pea sauce into a deep plate, place the pasta on top, and garnish with crab, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and, if desired, garnish with finely chopped chili pepper.
