Domburi Noodles
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 3 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Egg noodles for wok - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok, add the three eggs, constantly stir and break them into small pieces. When the eggs are cooked, transfer them to a bowl.
Step 2
In the wok, add more vegetable oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and carrot, then transfer them to the bowl with the eggs.
Step 3
Add a little more oil to the wok, sauté the sliced bell pepper and ginger.
Step 4
Add the sautéed eggs, onion, and carrot back to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce. If you are using concentrated thick sauce, dilute it with warm water. Mix well.
Step 5
While sautéing the ingredients, boil the noodles. Place them in boiling water for 4 minutes, drain in a colander, and rinse with cold water.
Step 6
Add the noodles to the wok, mix, and serve warm.
