Ingredients
- Dorado - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix flour with water to make a liquid dough.
Step 2
Lay three sheets of parchment paper on a baking tray. Place the vegetable mixture in the center, then top with the dorado fillet. Fold the paper into a rectangular envelope. Seal the edges well with the dough to prevent air from escaping.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Clean the fish. Remove the head, fins, tail, and spine. Season the resulting fillet with salt.
Step 5
Finely chop the onion and carrot. Slice the mushrooms thinly. Cut the zucchini into pencil-thick sticks.
Step 6
Sauté all the vegetables separately in a pan with olive oil until cooked, remembering to season with salt and spices.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
