- Boiling water - 7 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sift the flour into the mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add the softened butter, sour cream, and salt to the flour.
Step 4
Mix until crumbly.
Step 5
Pour in boiling water and immediately start mixing. The dough should come together into a ball without any residue. If there are crumbs left at the bottom of the bowl, add another 15-20 ml of boiling water and incorporate them.
Step 6
Once the dough comes together into a ball, continue kneading it on the countertop until it becomes smooth and uniform.
Step 7
Wrap the prepared dough in plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for half an hour.
Step 8
You can store the dumpling dough in the refrigerator for up to two days. When you're ready to use it, simply roll out the dough, cut it into circles, and shape them into dumplings with your favorite filling.
