- Sorrel - 1.8 oz
- Cilantro - to taste
- Dill - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the lamb and onion through a meat grinder, then add pepper.
Step 2
Shape the resulting minced meat into meatballs of equal size.
