Ingredients
- Honey - 1.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Mustard Greens - 0.5 oz
- Dill - 3 sprigs
- Parsley - 3 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash and dry the parsley and dill.
Step 3
Finely chop.
Step 4
Pour vegetable oil into a small bowl.
Step 5
Add soy sauce and mustard.
Step 6
Add honey to the dressing. If the honey is too thick, melt it in the microwave for no more than 20 seconds.
Step 7
Whisk the dressing well.
Step 8
Pour out the amount of dressing you will use. Transfer the remaining dressing to a jar, seal it tightly, and store it in the refrigerator (it can last for a couple of weeks there).
Step 9
Add dill and parsley to the dressing and mix well.
Step 10
Serve the dressing with the fresh vegetable salad.
