Ingredients
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the rinsed dried mushrooms in 3 cups of cold water for 2–3 hours. Then cook them in the same water.
Step 2
Fry the flour with 1 tablespoon of butter until light brown, then dilute it with 2 cups of hot strained mushroom broth.
Step 3
Simmer the resulting sauce over low heat for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter, add the chopped cooked mushrooms, and lightly fry everything together. Transfer to the sauce, season with salt, and let it boil.
