Ingredients

  • Chicken Thighs - 2 lbs
  • Soy Sauce - 10 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Red Grape Juice - 5 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the chicken thighs and pour soy sauce over them.

Step 2

Add finely chopped garlic, ground black pepper, and salt to taste. Add wine and vegetable oil, mix everything thoroughly, and let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Step 3

Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 30–40 minutes at 392°F.
