Ingredients
- Duck Skin - 2 pieces
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Poultry - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 1 piece
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the duck breast in a heatproof dish.
Step 2
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 3
For the sauce, pour the oil into a container and add the lemon juice.
Step 4
Add the soy sauce.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients in the sauce.
Step 6
Add the liquid honey to the sauce.
Step 7
Peel the garlic.
Step 8
Add the garlic, pressed through a garlic press.

Add the poultry seasoning to the sauce and mix.

Pour the sauce over the duck breast, spreading it evenly over the surface.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Remove the wrap and let the duck rest for 2–3 minutes.

Make several cuts in the skin with a sharp knife.
