- Duck Skin - 2 pieces
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Red Curry Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Seasoning - ½ teaspoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Hard Cheese - 1.8 oz

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into a container.
Step 3
Add the soy sauce to the oil.
Step 4
Add curry to the marinade.
Step 5
Add poultry seasoning to the sauce.
Step 6
Then add the chopped rosemary.
Step 7
Add a spoonful of lemon juice.

Press the garlic directly into the sauce.

Mix the sauce thoroughly.

Place the breast in a baking dish and score the skin in several places.

Pour the marinade over the breast, trying to get it under the skin as well.

Place the dish in a roasting bag and put it in the oven at 356°F for 10 minutes.

Grate the cheese.

After 10 minutes, cut open the roasting bag.
