- Lentils - 10.6 oz
- Yakiniku sauce - 0.7 oz
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise - 0.7 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Rinse the lentils and place them to boil in 2 cups of water.
Step 3
In a bowl, add the sauces, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Step 4
Mix all the sauces until smooth.
Step 5
Wash the breasts, pat them dry, trim excess skin from the edges, but do not remove it completely, as this will make the meat dry. Cut into halves.

Step 7
After the water has evaporated, remove the lentils from the heat.
Step 8
In a baking dish, layer the lentils at the bottom, then place the pieces of meat on top.
Step 9
Place in the preheated oven at 392°F for 1.5 hours.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and let cool.
