Ingredients
- Duck Breast - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Thyme - 1 sprig
- Cucumbers - 5.3 oz
- Spanish onions - 1.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the duck breast from membranes and slice it.
Step 2
Season the duck pieces with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Sauté the chopped onion and garlic clove in a wok pan.
Step 4
Add the sprig of thyme and the duck to the pan.
Step 5
Sear the duck for 4 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
Step 7
Chop the cilantro.
Step 8
Mix it with soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame or olive oil.

Add chili pepper to taste.

Slice the garlic clove into small pieces and add it to the marinade.
