Description

For this dish, you can also use duck legs or even a whole duck (but this will increase the cooking time). This method of cooking duck meat is great because you won't have to deal with bone separation, and you can guarantee an excellent result. Just remember that duck can be temperamental in the oven, so periodically open the oven during cooking and baste the dish with broth. You can serve the duck complemented with a sweet berry sauce, which will enhance the tart apple flavor. A vegetable side dish can also be added.
