- Duck Breast - 17.6 oz
- Shallot - 3 pieces
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Melted Cheese - 4.2 oz
- Marinated cherries - 14.1 oz
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- French salad dressing - ½ cup
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the duck fillet into thin flat pieces. Cut the mozzarella into 12 strips. Peel the shallots and cut them into 4 pieces.
Step 2
Place 2 mozzarella slices and a piece of cheese on each piece of duck. Roll them up.
Step 3
Thread the rolled duck, cherry tomatoes, and pieces of shallot onto skewers, alternating them.
Step 4
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Place the skewers on the grill, lightly drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill, turning and brushing with Italian dressing, until the duck is cooked, about 10–12 minutes.
