  • Duck wings - 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Poultry - 1½ teaspoons
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
