Duck Legs with Cinnamon and Grapefruit
Ingredients
- Grapefruits - 1 piece
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Duck legs confit - 2 pieces
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Tuscany Salad Mix - 1 pack
- Marinated cherries - 5 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the grapefruit and divide it into segments.
Step 2
Remove the membranes from the segments.
Step 3
Finely chop the grapefruit segments.
Step 4
Wash and dry the duck meat.
Step 5
Season with Adyghe salt.
Step 6
Rub cinnamon onto the meat.
Step 7
Place the grapefruit segments on top.
Step 8
Wrap the meat in foil.
Step 9
Place the meat in a preheated oven at 390°F for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and unwrap the foil.
Step 10
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes. For serving, garnish with salad and cherry tomatoes.
