Ingredients
- Veal Liver - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Malt Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- Leafy Mustard - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the leafy greens.
Step 2
Remove the skin from the liver, wash, and dry it.
Step 3
Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
Step 4
Peel the onion and slice it into rings.
Step 5
Heat olive oil in a pan, add butter. Sauté the mushrooms, adding salt.
