- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Vinegar essence - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Cut the prepared duck into pieces, season with salt, and stew in a pot with a small amount of fat until the meat is browned.
Step 2
Add the peeled and thinly sliced onion, flour diluted with a small amount of water, tomato paste, garlic, bay leaf, and salt. Pour the resulting sauce over the duck and stew until it becomes tender. The sauce should be quite thick. Before the end of stewing, add vinegar and bring to a boil.
