  • Fresh Rose Hips - 1 sprig
  • Arugula - 1 bunch
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Capers - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
