- Walnuts - 7.1 oz
- Pistachios - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cilantro - 0.4 oz
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the skinless duck legs, cover with water, and boil for two hours.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Step 3
Remove the cooked legs, separate the meat from the bones, and place it at the bottom of deep plates.
Step 4
Mix the nuts, sautéed mixture, herbs, and spices, pour in the duck broth, and blend until smooth — it should become a delicate puree. Pour the resulting mixture over the meat, garnish with herbs and whole halves of walnuts. A restaurant dish is ready right at your home, enjoy your meal!
