Duck Stew with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Duck Skin - 1 piece
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 11.6 oz
  • Ramiro Pepper - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 0.4 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 5 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 1½ teaspoons
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - to taste

Finely chop the pepper.
