Ingredients
- Duck - 4 lbs
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Buckwheat Groats - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the duck and remove the skeleton without breaking the integrity of the duck.
Step 2
Rinse and boil the buckwheat until half-cooked.
Step 3
Sauté the mushrooms in butter and mix with the buckwheat (add salt).
Step 4
Stuff the duck with the buckwheat and mushrooms.
Step 5
Crush the garlic in a mortar with salt, and add vegetable oil.
Step 6
Rub the duck with this marinade.
Step 7
Bake the duck in the oven at 356°F for 1.5 hours.
