- Duck - 17.6 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 3.5 oz
- Antonovka apples - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a clean duck roasting pan, place the skin, fat side down, lining the bottom in a single layer.
Step 2
On top of the skin, arrange the finely or coarsely chopped duck meat. Sprinkle with garlic and salt. Add the raisins. Arrange the sliced apples on top. Cover with a lid.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven for 1 hour. Let cool slightly and serve.
