  • Port Wine - 4 fl oz
  • Chicken Broth - 4 fl oz
  • 10% cream - 4 fl oz
  • Whole egg - 2 pieces
  • Brandy - 2 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the broth and brandy over the chicken and simmer until cooked. Arrange on plates and keep warm.

Step 2

Mix the cream with the egg yolks, heat gently, but do not let it boil.

Step 3

Add warm brandy and ignite. When the sauce stops burning, pour it over the chicken and serve immediately.

Step 4

Heat the butter and vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chicken breasts until golden.
