- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Beef - 10.6 oz
- Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preparing the dough: mix water with the egg and salt, then pour the resulting mixture into the sifted flour, knead the dough, and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Preparing the filling: Grind the beef and pork using a fine grinder, then add salt, pepper, onion (also ground), and finely chopped garlic to the meat. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Divide the prepared dough into 4 parts. Roll each part into a rope about 2 cm thick, then cut into pieces 1.5 cm wide. On a floured surface, roll each piece into thin rounds. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each round, fold it in half, and pinch the edges together to seal.
Step 4
Boil the dumplings in salted water (2 to 2.5 liters for 30 pieces) for 8-10 minutes. Serve with butter, sour cream, or vinegar.
