Ingredients
- Beef - 14.1 oz
- Pork Blood - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Water - 4 fl oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Onion - 2 pieces

Step 1
Chill the water well.
Step 2
Sift the flour with 1/3 teaspoon of salt into a bowl, make a well in the center, crack the egg into it, and then gradually mix it with the flour using your hands. This will create flour flakes. Then add a tablespoon of water at a time and knead into a uniform, elastic, and pliable dough. This will take about 15 minutes. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Pass all the meat, onion, and dill through a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper, add 2 tablespoons of ice water, and mix the filling well.
Step 4
Roll out the dough thinly, using a glass, round cookie cutter, or whatever is convenient for you, to make dumpling wrappers. Place about 1 teaspoon of filling on each wrapper. First, fold the dumpling in half, pinch along the long edge, and then bring the narrow edges together and pinch them.
Step 5
Boil water, add salt, drop in the dumplings, and cook for 5 minutes after they float to the surface.
