Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Pork Blood - 12.3 oz
- White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Pour the flour onto the table in a mound and make a well in the center.
Step 2
Pour salted water into the well, add the eggs and oil.
Step 3
Mix, gradually incorporating the flour from the edges to the center until a stiff dough forms.
Step 4
Continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth.
Step 5
Prepare the filling. Wash and dry the pork.
Step 6
Peel, wash the onion, and pass it through a meat grinder along with the meat.
Step 7
Add the chopped cabbage, season with salt and pepper to taste, pour in water (1/4 cup), and mix everything together.
Step 8
Roll out the dough into a thin layer.
Step 9
Use a glass to cut circles from the dough.
Step 10
Place a teaspoon of filling on one half of the circle, fold the circle in half, and pinch the edges.
Step 11
Place the finished dumplings on a floured cutting board and put them in the freezer.
