Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
  • Adyghe cheese - 14.1 oz
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add 2 eggs, salt, and half a cup of water to the flour, and prepare the dough. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

Step 2

For the filling, chop the cheese, add an egg, butter, and chopped herbs, and mix well.

Step 3

Roll out the dough to create 2 thin layers. Place the filling in the form of small balls in several rows on the first layer.

Step 4

Brush the dough around the filling with beaten egg, cover with the second layer of dough, and press the dough around the filling to seal the layers together.

Step 5

Using a pizza cutter, cut into squares and boil for 5 minutes. Serve the dumplings with butter.
