  • Wheat Flour - 19.4 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Water - 3 fl oz
  • Ground meat - 15.9 oz
  • Butter - 1.4 oz
  • Spanish onions - 3.5 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Dill - 0.7 oz
  • Parsley - 0.7 oz
  • Green peppercorns - 5 pieces
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Sour Cream - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sift the flour into the mixing bowl. Set aside 50 grams for dusting.

Add the eggs.

Add salt and water.

Knead the dough. It will take about 7–10 minutes to knead the dough. The dough should be elastic, pliable, and not stick to your hands. If the dough is too dry, you can add a little water.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Finely chop the white onion, and mince the parsley and dill.

Grate the slightly frozen butter using a fine grater.

Add the oil, onion, and garlic (pressed) to the ground meat. Also, add the herbs, reserving a little for garnish.

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, and add a little water — 30–50 ml. Mix everything well. The water is needed to ensure the dumplings turn out juicy.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles using a glass or a pastry ring. Gather the dough scraps into a ball and cover with plastic wrap.

Spoon the filling onto the circles of dough, fold the dough in half, and pinch the edges tightly. Bring the corners of the dough together to form a round dumpling. Repeat this process until all the dumplings are shaped. You can place them on a floured plate and freeze them for future use.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil, adding salt, bay leaves, and allspice.
