Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sole fillets - 26.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Pour the flour onto the table in a mound and make a well in the center.
Step 2
Pour salted water into the well, add the eggs and oil.
Step 3
Mix, gradually incorporating the flour from the edges to the center until a stiff dough forms.
Step 4
Continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth.
Step 5
Prepare the filling. Remove small bones from the fish fillet, wash, dry, and cut into pieces.
Step 6
Then pass through a meat grinder together with the peeled and washed onion, dilute with cream or milk, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 7
Roll out the dough into a thin layer.
Step 8
Use a glass to cut circles from the dough.
Step 9
On one half of the circle, place a teaspoon of filling, fold the circle in half and pinch the edges.
Step 10
Place the finished dumplings on a floured cutting board and put them in the freezer.
