- Kefir - 2 cups
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Pork Mince - 24.7 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, mix kefir and flour in a large bowl. Gradually add flour and knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands. Divide the dough into five or six pieces and coat with flour.
Step 2
For the filling, finely chop the onion in a blender or with a knife. Mix it with the mince. Add salt and spices to taste.
Step 3
To prepare the dumplings, you can use a dumpling mold or make them individually. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Shape the dumplings. Boil in salted boiling water until all dumplings float to the surface. Remove to a bowl and add a piece of butter.
Step 4
Serve hot with sour cream, herbs, vinegar, or pepper.
