- Leek - 1 stalk

Knead a firm dumpling dough, knead for a minute and refrigerate for half an hour.

Sauté the diced king oyster mushrooms (about half a centimeter cubes) over medium-high heat until lightly golden.
Step 3
In the same skillet, sauté the leek stalk — both the top and bottom, washed of sand and sliced into half-rings about one centimeter wide.
Step 4
Take the rested dough out of the refrigerator, knead for at least 10 minutes, roll it out, cut out circles, and fill them with mushrooms and leeks.
