Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Sole fillets - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Pour the flour onto the table in a mound and make a well in the center.
Step 2
Pour salted water into the well, add the eggs and oil (20 ml).
Step 3
Mix, gradually incorporating the flour from the edges to the center until a stiff dough forms.
Step 4
Continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth.
Step 5
Prepare the filling. Rinse the dried mushrooms, soak for 3–4 hours, then boil.
Step 6
Pass the fish fillet, mushrooms, and onion through a meat grinder.
Step 7
Mix everything well and fry until cooked in a pan with oil (120 ml).
Step 8
Roll out the dough into a thin layer.
Step 9
Use a glass to cut circles from the dough.
Step 10
Place a teaspoon of filling on one half of the circle, fold the circle in half, and pinch the edges.
Step 11
Place the finished dumplings on a floured cutting board and put them in the freezer.
